Turtle Creek Private Equity is the private equity arm of the Turtle Creek Group, which was formed by the former partners of the merchant banking subsidiary of a major Canadian chartered bank.

Since 1997, the partners of Turtle Creek Private Equity have invested approximately $300 million in Canadian middle-market companies across a broad range of industries.

We are value-added financial partners and seek strong operating management teams who are willing to invest their capital alongside ours in companies with attractive growth prospects, favourable market positions and proven or provable cash flows.
