Jeffrey Cole

Jeff is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Turtle Creek.  Prior to Turtle Creek, he was a Partner of Scotia Merchant Capital, the private equity subsidiary of The Bank of Nova Scotia.  Scotia Merchant Capital invested $300 million in committed capital in North American private companies.  Before joining Scotia Merchant Capital, Jeff was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions practice of Scotia Capital and prior to that, was a member of its investment banking team.  Jeff joined Scotia Capital's predecessor, ScotiaMcLeod, in 1992.  Jeff received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1992, a law degree from the University of Toronto in 1990 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1987.
