Andrew Brenton
- Since 2007 Mr. Brenton has been the CEO of the Turtle Creek Group and, prior thereto, was involved with Turtle Creek Investment Fund, as a trustee, from its formation in 1998. From 1997 to May 2007 Mr. Brenton was the founder and managing partner of the merchant banking subsidiary of a major Canadian chartered bank where he was responsible for investing, on a discretionary basis, $300 million in committed capital in mid-market Canadian private companies. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Brenton was head of the high technology investment banking practice of the investment dealer of a major Canadian chartered bank and prior to that, he was a founding member and Managing Director in the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice. Mr. Brenton joined the investment dealer in 1984. Mr. Brenton also serves on the investment committee of The Walsingham Fund, a Canadian venture capital fund with close ties to the Turtle Creek Group. Mr. Brenton received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) in 1984 and his B.Sc. from Mount Allison University in 1980.

Jeffrey Cole
- Since 2007 Mr. Cole has been a Managing Partner of Turtle Creek Asset Management and, prior thereto, was involved with Turtle Creek Investment Fund, as a trustee, from its formation in 1998. From 1997 to May 2007, Mr. Cole was a partner of the merchant banking subsidiary of a major Canadian chartered bank and was responsible for assisting in its management and investing activities. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Cole was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions practice of the investment dealer of a major Canadian chartered bank and prior to that was a member of its investment banking team. Mr. Cole joined the investment dealer in 1992. Mr. Cole received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1992, his law degree from the University of Toronto in 1990 and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1987.

Jeffrey Hebel
- Since 2003 Mr. Hebel has been a Managing Partner of Turtle Creek Asset Management and, prior thereto, was involved with Turtle Creek Investment Fund from its formation. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Hebel was a partner of the merchant banking subsidiary of a major Canadian chartered bank and was responsible for assisting in its management and investing activities. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Hebel was a director in the investment banking group of a major Canadian chartered bank. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Hebel was a senior accountant with KPMG. Mr. Hebel is both a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1990.

Christopher DeSantis
- In March of 2009, Mr. DeSantis joined Turtle Creek Asset Management as Director of Sales. From 1999 through 2007, Mr. DeSantis was a Director with Russell Investments in Toronto, leading the strategic development and sales efforts of Russell's managed programs in Canada. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. DeSantis was a Regional Sales Manager for TD Asset Management, and prior to 1995, worked with CIBC Wood Gundy in institutional fixed income trading. Mr. DeSantis is a CFA charterholder and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1993.

Cameron McKendry
- Mr. McKendry is an Associate, focusing on public market investing. Since joining Turtle Creek Asset Management in 2005, he has assisted with research and portfolio management. Mr. McKendry is a CFA charterholder and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree, both with distinction, from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005.

Derek Garkut
- Since 2008, Mr. Garkut has been an Analyst with Turtle Creek Asset Management, focusing on public market investing and assisting with research. Mr. Garkut received his MBA from Concordia University, his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and his Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
